AirPods Generation 2 - When I can't hear one side (cause and solution)

I used various other wireless earphones,

 

but upon the recommendation of a friend,

I started using AirPods.

Compared to other wireless earphones,

there are many advantages to them.

The biggest advantage is the battery life,

which lasts a long time and is very convenient.

Another advantage is the sound quality,

which is unmatched even

with just these two features alone.

However, yesterday, my AirPods suddenly

started to sound very low on the right earphone.

I could barely hear the call as well. I thought

it might be a compatibility issue with my Galaxy Note 10,

but after searching online,

it seems to be a common problem with AirPods.

According to Apple's website, 

the first solution is to reset the connection

 between the Galaxy and AirPods. 

 

 

 To do this, unregister the AirPods

 from the list of Bluetooth devices on the Galaxy, 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

and then press and hold the pairing button 

on the back of the AirPods for 15 seconds 

until the pairing light turns white, then orange, then white again.

 

 

 

 Finally, reconnect the AirPods to the Galaxy. 

If this doesn't work, the only solution may be 

to visit an authorized service center

 or purchase new AirPods.
